Impressions of an attractive dancer

Dancers have never really led “normal” lives in the conventional sense of wisdom. The life of a dancer comprises various emotions, tasks and a million creative thoughts, which keep them on their toes all the time. With so many hands-on jobs, dancers literally have no time for themselves and even when they do, they spend it thinking about their next choreography or project that they are working on.
And in between you have some hundred assignments where you have to calls for an audition for an upcoming show or a television assignment, which requires urgent attention. Without proper time management this is not possible. Moreover, you need to look good all the time since appearance counts a lot for any dancer. Dance is a visual medium and if a dancer looks good, is presentable and has the skill to mesmerise the audience, then there is no looking back for them.
But even after managing such hectic schedules, looking your best for that meeting is extremely important. So there are few easy to do quick fixes to keep your dazzling self intact:

Hair colour: After a while your hair can make you look miserable. It isn’t easy to get rich and shiny hair with the right bounce to it. But it’s not too difficult also. To get that kind of an effect, blend different colour conditioners to enhance the colour of your hair. This will brighten your hair, bring more bounce and life into it, making you and your hair look happy.

Eyes: Expressive eyes play an important role in a dancer’s life and performance. Puffy eyes and dark circles are instant indicators of the stress in your life as a dancer. All you need is to get your eyes back to their sparkling self with two warm tea bags, a great eye cream and two metal spoons straight out of the freezer. This will unwind your stress and bring some life to your dull eyes. These products will relax you and make the eyes appear expressive all over again.

Complexion: A clean, clear radiant skin makes a dancer more attractive. Take a good facial scrub, and scrub your face and neck with it for few minutes. This will make your skin look brand new and if you plan to do make up, then add a dash of blush on the upper apples of your cheeks for a natural flush. You will immediately see the effect, which will further enhance your dynamic performance.

Glucose content: Any food that contains high sugar content, be it grapes, mango, chocolates or even a glass of glucose water should help you. High sugar products increase your energy and sugar levels in your body and give you a similar high when you dance in front of a auditorium packed with people clapping and cheering for you.
So next time when you have an urgent meeting or an audition, do not worry. Just practise these tips, which will help you revitalise you look radiant.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
