The morning was pleasant in Delhi on Saturday, a day when Raksha Bandhan festival was celebrated. The minimum temperature was recorded a notch below average at 25.4 degrees Celsius.

“It's going to be a cloudy day on Saturday with a possibility of rain and thundershowers," said an official from the India Meteorological Department.

"The maximum temperature is expected to hover around 32 degrees Celsius," he added. The city received 9.9 mm rainfall over the past 24 hours. The humidity at 8.30 am. Was at a high of 86 per cent. The minimum and maximum temperatures on Friday were 25.5 degrees Celsius and 30.1 degrees Celsius respectively.
