Assistant prof suspended over sexual abuse

An assistant professor of Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar College has been suspended in the wake of the charges of sexual harrassment.
A committee had been formed to inquire into the charges levelled by female students on the teacher. He did not appear before the committee, hence, the committee approved his supension. According to a university official, last year, some college students had alleged harrassment by the teacher. The college committed wanted it to make it a sexual harrassment case and suspend the teacher to whcih the varsity has agreed. The principal has confirmed the suspension.
