Boy beaten to death by 2 juveniles
A 15-year-old Class 9 student was beaten to death allegedly by two juveniles after he advised them to ride bicycle carefully on being hit. The incident took place in Ranjeet Nagar area of Central Delhi on Monday night.
DCP (central) said the deceased Himanshu was returning home with his two friends after tuition classes when two juveniles riding on a bicycle hit him. Himanshu and asked them to drive slow. The two boys got off their cycle and thrashed Himanshu,” said the police official.
The police was called at around 9.30 pm and the boy was taken to nearby government hospital where he was declared brought dead. The police filed an FIR of murder under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and apprehended both the juveniles who were sent to child observation home.

Dengue-causing mosquito breeding found at hospitals

Aedes mosquitoes that cause dengue have been found breeding at the G.B. Pant and Lok Nayak Hospitals. The North Delhi Municipal Corporation has issued challans to over a dozen hospitals. Challans have been issued against the chief health inspector of Northern Railways and deputy health officer of Civil Lines zone.
Sanjay Gandhi Memorial Hospital, ESI Hospital in Rohini, Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Hospital in Patel Nagar, Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, Maharshi Valmiki Hospital, Kasturba Hospital have been issued challans.
14 challans have been issued to educational institutes, including Delhi Technical University (DTU) and other government-run schools and colleges. Four challans have been issues to the managers of Inderlok, Shastri Nagar and Rajendra Place Metro Stations.
