ihar in 1991. Police sources revealed that Sharma had allegedly killed a man in his native village in Bihar, “But he was evading arrest as he was serving Delhi police and the cops didn’t nab him,” sources said.
The sources revealed that while all his brothers were arrested, he was summoned by a court in Bihar but he never went there.
The sources said Sharma was declared a proclaimed offender by the court and an arrest warrant was issued against him. Sharma, however, continued to evade police arrest.
