Former ASG quits as counsel of Vishal Yadav

Appearing before a division bench comprising Justices Anil Kumar and S.L. Bhayana, former additional solicitor-general (ASG) K.K. Sud on Thursday withdrew as counsel of convict Vishal Yadav in the Nitish Katara murder case following an objection from the victim’s mother that he was earlier associated with the case as the government’s law officer.
