Guard shoots dead 2 former colleagues

A security guard shot dead his two former colleagues at Sharda University campus in Greater Noida on Tuesday night. The university staff rushed on hearing gunshots and found Sachin Gaur and Indrajeet Singh injured. They were rushed to Sharda Hospital where they were declared brought dead. The accused Ramendra Singh Yadav

was handed over to the police. Ramendra told the police that the two guards, who had been removed recently and felt that he was responsible for their ouster, started an argument with him by insisting that they would sleep in the same room that had space for only one man to sleep. Subsequently, they began beating up Ramendra saying he was responsible for their removal from service. In the ensuing melee, Ramendra shot them with his gun in a fit of rage.
