Mall at Huda City Centre Metro Station soon

The Delhi Metro is planning to have a shopping mall, food court, office space and roof-top cafeteria in Gurgaon Huda City Centre Metro Station. The Delhi Metro has floated tenders for the development of commercial properties at the Metro station.

The three floors of the station spreading up to 9,600 square metres will have malls, office space, entertainment section and shops too. However, the DMRC has offered the roof-top for setting up an open air cafeteria much to the delight of the passengers.
As per the DMRC sources, the multi-nationals will be given preference if they have any plan to take up the entire floor at the station. The retail and commercial space will be given on 12 years lease. The DMRC has already done a survey on the commercial rates of the office and malls in the area.
“Though the space will be given to highest bidder but we have calculated the base rate on the basis of the survey we have done of the properties around the area,” an official said.
However, the DMRC is expecting a flood of proposals from builders and developers from across the country since the area is well-connected and has parking facility. Not only the Gurgaon residents will come, but people from Delhi and NCR region are also expected.
The Huda City Centre is the last station in Gurgaon near Sector 29. The Metro trains here are available till late night and this suits the late night visitors to malls and restaurants.
The DMRC had designed it in a different manner, including its facade and open area. The overall designing and other finishing in all the three floors will be completed in next two months.
The highest bidder will get the space completely finished and ready to move in.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.
