More foggy days ahead, says Met
Shallow fog greeted Delhiites early on Saturday with the temperature dipping further. The minimum temperature was recorded at 8.6 degrees Celsius, witnessing a dip of 0.1 degrees as compared to Friday.
The misty morning came as an alarm bell for traffic policemen and commuters as the weather office predicted thicker fog by the end of the month.
The maximum temperatures was recorded at 22.6 degrees Celsius.
The weatherman has predicted shallow fog in the morning and mainly clear sky during the day. The minimum and maximum temperatures will be around nine and 24 degrees Celsius. Humidity is expected to hover around 90 per cent. The IMD has predicted a bitter cold this season with the winter knocking about a fortnight earlier than usual.
