More rain keeps city clime cool
Showers continued in the city on Wednesday morning before giving way to sunlight, though the sky remained cloudy. Rains continued in some parts of the city on Wednesday evening too. The maximum temperature went up by about four degrees Celsius and the minimum came down by about two degrees.
According to the weatherman, the city recorded a rainfall of 14.5 mm since 5.30 pm on Tuesday. Several areas in the NCR also saw heavy showers and continuous drizzle recording nearly 12 mm of rainfall.
The maximum and minimum temperatures were recorded at 22.7º Celsius and 12.3º Celsius, respectively.
The maximum humidity reached 100 per cent at one point before coming down.
The weather is likely to remain dry over the next few days.
The forecast for Thursday says that there will be mist or shallow fog in the morning followed by mainly clear sky.
