NGO executive found dead in Kalkaji hotel

The manager of National Entrepreneurship Network (NEN), an NGO working in education sector, was found dead under mysterious circumstances in his hotel room in Kalkaji on Wednesday morning.

The incident was reported from Eva Hotel in Kalkaji. The deceased, identified as Probal Roy Chaudhary, regional manger of NEN, had arrived in the capital from Mumbai on Tuesday. His colleague Shahbad was trying to contact him but he was not picking the phone.
“Shahbad rushed back to the hotel. When he knocked the door, there was no response. He then informed the hotel administration and the police was alerted. A team of cops was rushed to the spot and the door was broken open. Chaudhury was found lying unconscious with no visible external injuries,” a senior police official said. He was declared brought dead at the AIIMS Trauma Centre.
