Nithari killings: CBI sub-inspector’s statement recorded

A special CBI court, hearing the infamous Nithari serial killings case, recorded the statement of CBI sub-inspector M.S. Fanyal today in connection with one of the murders.

Accused Moninder Singh Pandher and Surender Koli were also the produced before the court of Special CBI Judge L. Lal.

Faniyal told the court that Koli had confessed of having killed the victims before a metropolitan magistrate at Delhi in 2007. The court has fixed March 25 and April 3 for the next date of hearing in these cases.
