Organisers can use loudspeakers till midnight

The Delhi police has extended the use of loudspeakers and public address system for organising Ram Leela and Durga Puja till midnight.
The police officials said the use of loudspeakers and public address system will be permitted between 10 pm and midnight for organising Ram Leela and Durga Puja. The police said the order will remain in effect till October 17.

However, a complete ban on setting up food stalls or joy rides will remain in force till the Games closing ceremony on October 14.
The police said the organisers will be permitted to cook food for serving to volunteers or workers but they will not be allowed to sell it to the public till Thursday.
