Police cracks murder of ‘gay’ businessman
The Delhi police has claimed to have solved the murder case of a businessman who was killed on August 26 in Kirti Nagar. The victim was allegedly a homosexual that led to his murder and the police has arrested two persons in this connection.
The accused have been identified as Sonu, 21 and Kamal Kishore, 19. The police has also recovered mobile phones from the accused.
West Delhi DCP V. Ranganathan said that on August 29, the police got a call that the ground floor of house number E 59 was stinking. The police reached the spot and broke open the door and saw the maggotted body of Narendra Naranag lying there. Clutch wire was tied on his feet and neck.
After interrogating over 500 people in his locality and his business circle, it became clear that he was a homosexual for which he even used to give money to the men.
The police pinned Sonu and Kamal and during interrogation, they confessed to the crime.
Kamal told Pradeep that Narang brings Rs 50-60,000 home daily. On the night of murder, the three ate food together, had physical relation after which the duo murdered the businessman. The duo took away Rs 50,000 and three mobile phones.
Kamal was in contact with Narang for the past three months. Both Kamal and Pradeep are from Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh. Kamal worked in a cloth godown of Data Ram Works.
