Rains likely in capital
A day after Delhi witnessed squalls and rains, the met office on Saturday again predicted light rains towards the evening.
The minimum temperature recorded on Saturday morning was 25.6 degrees Celsius, two notches below the average. Humidity stood at 73 per cent. “It would be partly cloudy towards the afternoon. There is possibility of rain and thundershowers in some parts of the capital,” said an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
The maximum and minimum temperature are likely to hover around 36 and 27 degrees Celsius. Delhi recorded 12.8 mm of rainfall on Friday.
