Two arrested for attacking women with blades

Two men were arrested here Monday for attacking young women with blades, the police said. Vishal, 19, and Rohit, 26, were arrested from in Delhi's Mongolpuri locality, a police officer said.

The police were on a lookout for the duo after they attacked two young women in Mongolpuri and slashed their faces on Saturday. "They used to target women walking alone," the officer said. The police suspect both of them to be psychopaths as a similar incident was reported from the same locality last month.
