Water, power supply to be hit in S-W Delhi

Southwest Delhi areas will face power and water cuts following upgradation works being carried out by both Transco and Delhi Jal Board.
The BSES in a statement has stated that following the Transco constructing a 220 KV grid sub-station at ridge valley near Dhaula Kuan, the discom would be shifting the 1

1 KV distribution network in the area. “To shift the cables to the location of the grid substation, the company will have to take planned shut-downs in the area. Consequently, electricity will be affected on Wednesday and Thursday between 11 am and 6 pm,” the BSES has stated.
