Government School, Moti Bagh and Gurgaon-based Amity International School emerged champions in the boys and girls category respectively in the finals of the 1st Kalyanmayee inter-school under-14 football tournament at the INA Sports Complex in the capital on Thursday.

The Moti Bagh school defeated Modern School, Vasant Vihar, 4-3 in a tie-breaker after the teams were tied 2-2 in the regulation time.
Amity International got past Sardar Patel Vidyalaya by the same margin in the sudden death.
The match remained goalless at the end of the regular and extra time and even the tie-break failed to produce a result.
The winners were awarded a cash prize of `5000 while the runner-ups pocketed `2000.
