G’gaon golfers in reckoning

Amateur golfers from the Classic Golf Resort, Gurgaon, will get to showcase their skills in the selection round of the Godrej Properties inter-club Golf Challenge to be held at their premises on Sunday. The event is being played in four cities, with the finals scheduled to be held in Bangkok from April 19 to 31.

Two winners in the handicap categories of 0-12 and 13-24 will get a chance to represent Classic Golf Resort at the national finals, which will also involve top golfers from Willingdon Sports Club, Mumbai; Karnataka Golf Association, Bengaluru and The Tollygunge Golf Club, Kolkata. The inter-club golf challenge has been designed to give every club golfer a chance to excel at this highest platform, thanks to the two handicap categories.
