PGTI Players C’ships to begin today

Domestic stars like Ashok Kumar, Mukesh Kumar and Shamim Khan will vie for top honours at the PGTI Players Championship, which now moves to Classic Golf Resort, Mewat, in Haryana beginning from Tuesday.

Om Prakash Chouhan, who won the championships by four strokes at the Golden Greens Golf & Country Club in Gurgaon last week, will be among the top stars to watch out for.
Others in the field include Rashid Khan, Mithun Perera, Kunal Bhasin, Harendra Gupta, Abhijit Singh Chadha, Mohammad Zamal Hossain Mollah, Vinod Kumar, Feroz Ali Mollah and Gaurav Ghei, to name a few.
The tournament offers a prize purse of `20 lakh.
