Sharmila ends T-17 at Turkish Open
Sharmila Nicollet played brilliantly on the final day of the Turkish Airlines Ladies Open to finish at tied 17 in Antalya on Sunday, according to information received here.
The Bengaluru-based golfer had a final day score of one under 72 with four birdies to secure her place with a cumulative score of five over 297 at the end of the final round.
Sharmila returned with earnings of euro 3158.33 at the close of the event.
The tournament had a playing field of more than 120 professional ladies golfers from across the world.
The euro 250, 000 prize money event was held at the National golf Club in the resort of Belek.
Sharmila, who is the only Indian to have retained her LET card for the second consecutive year, is currently ranked fourth in the Order of Merit of the Hero Women’s Professional Golf Tour of India.
