Loose scrotum does not affect the testes

QI am a 31 year-old man who got married seven months back. My problem is that right from the start, my wife and I cannot enjoy sex as I have premature ejaculation. Earlier I was addicted to masturbation, could that be the reason? I am otherwise a healthy man.
Masturbation per se has no connection with premature ejaculation, but the method of masturbation does. If you are conditioned to ejaculating quickly (in order to prevent others from knowing what you are doing) during masturbation, then you are most likely to ejaculate quickly during intercourse also. Apart from this, constitutional factors like diabetes, multiple sclerosis, short frenulum, prostate gland problems and situational factors like anticipatory anxiety etc. can also cause premature ejaculation. If it is due to situational factors then it can be overcome by sex therapy. If it is due to constitutional factors, then appropriate medical or surgical measures have to be instituted. Drugs belonging to the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors group are effective in the management of premature ejaculation. However, they have major side effects and should be taken only under medical supervision.

Q I am a 20-year-old male. During my childhood i was reluctant to wear underwear and as a result of this habit my scrotum has become very loose and sags. Nowadays i am not interested in sex either. Another problem I now face is that I experience pain and irritation around the navel, especially on the right. What should I do to regain the actual structure of scrotum?
Your habit of not wearing underwear may make your scrotum hang loose, but it will not cause any damage to the testes. It will only have a cosmetic effect. Your losing interest in sex may be due to your preoccupation and concern about this or due to other factors. You need to be examined by a doctor. The cause of the pain mentioned by you can be found out during the medical examination. Consult an expert in person.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
