‘Absolute genius’ in LiLo makes Sheen root for her

Charlie Sheen has opened up as to why he continues to help out Lindsay Lohan after her many run-ins with the law.

“There is a reason that I root for (her), because we fell in love with this little girl that was just an absolute genius and had this great light about her and that’s still there,” the New York Post quoted him as telling Entertainment Tonight.
The actor famously loaned his financially troubled Scary Movie 5 co-star $100,000 to help chip away at her massive tax lien.
When Sheen was asked if he was still worried about Lohan, he replied saying, “You have to be. But I think she seems a lot more focused now than she was five, six months ago.”
