Drew raises cash for charity

Drew Barrymore, who recently released pictures of her baby Olive on the cover of People magazine, has decided to donate the money raised by the photos to charity.

“Barrymore felt like it could appear she was selling out, after a whopper of a cash offer was extended, but husband Will Kopelman suggested they give the money to charity and that someone was going to eventually get their hands on a baby shot, so why not at least ensure that it was done in a controlled manner, with a charity benefiting,” the New York Post quoted sources as saying.
It is not known how much the actress was paid for the pictures or which charity the couple chose, but she is the founder of the Drew Barrymore Education Foundation, which helps two Kenyan communities have access to clean water and education.
