Hurley plagued by mosquitoes

The model-and-actress Elizabeth Hurley endured a sleepless night in New York due to one of the buzzing bloodsucking insects biting her all evening. She recently tweeted, “Sleepless night due to a mosquito buzzing in my ear. Surely u don’t need a mosquito net in NYC?! (sic)”
Hurley is in New York shooting the new photos for the next collection of her swimwear range, and the shoot has been going well. In another posting on Twitter she wrote, “In NY shooting our swim pics for our website. Our model is beautiful… (sic)”
Perhaps Hurley needs to enlist the help of a spider to deal with her mosquito problem.
The 46-year-old star is not scared of arachnids who feed on insects, and she recently took to her Twitter page to praise the eight-legged beasties.
Hurley, who is dating Australian cricket legend Shane Warne, wrote, “Did u know, a spider eats about 2000 insects a year? Without spiders, the world would be overrun with bugs. So there. (sic)”

Sandra’s barefoot wedding
Actors Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds are reportedly planning a secret “low-key” wedding. Bullock and Reynolds are said to have recently vacationed in Wyoming and according to a source, the two discussed the idea of marriage.
“Ryan told her he was ready to tie the knot whenever she wants. And after seeing how quickly he’s bonded with baby Louis, she decided she’s ready to pull the trigger too,” contactmusic.com quoted a source as saying. “So they started discussing the logistics of pulling off a low-key, barefoot wedding that would reflect their laid-back lifestyle,” the source added.

I want to begin with a little story that was told to me by a leading executive at Aptech. He was exercising in a gym with a lot of younger people.

Shekhar Kapur’s Bandit Queen didn’t make the cut. Neither did Shaji Karun’s Piravi, which bagged 31 international awards.
