Kids made Sheryl lot less selfish
The singer Sheryl Crow, who has adopted sons, Wyatt, three, and five-month-old Levi, says she is a lot less selfish as she now puts the needs of her children above everything else.
She said, “Kids change your life-period. The first thing you think of in the morning and the last thing you think of at night is them, and every decision that you make in between is dictated by their welfare. My tour bus now is a family bus. I’ve got both my kids and everything that they count on to keep their lives normal on there, whereas before my life was much more me-centric.”
Sheryl, 48, also says her outlook on her career and fans have changed after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2006, which she successfully beat. “That’s what the experience is about. I find that the connection now with people is deep. It started to feel much more like a celebration for me.”
