The Oscar-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is moving out of the marital home she shared with her ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, who she split from in 2007 and with whom she has two children, daughter Ava, 11, and seven-year-old son Deacon, and is heading to the lavish Los Angeles property, which belonged to the action star.
The property is located in a gated community in the Brentwood area of the city and boasts of seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and a swimming pool.
The 6,125 sq ft home is located on acres of plush land and also comes complete with its own Buddhist temple, which Under Siege actor Segal, a committed Buddhist, used for meditation.
Reese’s new neighbours include a host of famous names, such as talk show host Chelsea Handler, actor-turned-politician Arnold Schwarzenegger and Gisele Bundchen and her husband Tom Brady.
