Expelled Eflu student missing
The 19-year-old student of English and Foreign Language University, who was expelled by the management for harassing his French lecturer by sending her dirty messages, went missing on Friday night from the University’s hostel premises, sources said.
The BA first year English literature student, had purchased more than 10 SIM cards of Vodaphone and Airtel by producing different residential addresses in Hyderabad. The accused had also distributed a few SIM cards among his classmates including some female students. The students who accepted the SIM cards now fear trouble as it was bought in his name.
“Since purchasing a SIM card needs many documents and proof, and being new in the city and not having a permanent residential address, we accepted the SIM cards given by Aryan Singh at the beginning of the academic year to avoid the long process. However, we now fear we might be in trouble,” said a classmate of the accused. The students who have accepted these numbers are said to have approa-ched the V-C on Monday to hand over the numbers to the administration.
