Man slips trying to board RTC bus, dies

A 25-year-old marketing executive was crushed to death under an RTC bus while trying to get on it at the Yousufguda checkpost on Friday.

The deceased, K. Praveen Kumar, hailing from Kapavaram, East Godavari district, was working with Alliance Real Estate group at Madhapur, said the Jubilee Hills police, adding that he was a resident of Narayanguda.

He slipped from the footboard of the bus and came directly under its rear wheels. He was killed instantly.
Police registered a case under Section 304 A of IPC and asked for a post-mortem.
