Maoist help to Sept. 30 March baffles police

A letter written by Maoists extending support to the Telangana march has put the state police on high alert. Following the letter, by Jagan, said to be spokesperson of the North Telangana special zonal committee of Maoists, Intelligence agencies have alerted the police over possible violence on Sept. 30.
The Maoists had earlier extended support to the Million March when statues on Tank Bund were vandalised. A Special Investigation Bureau officer said, said, “Just like in the Million March, we are expecting a cocktail of Left-wing extremist supporters and right-wing extremists.”
