Naidu yatra unites Nara and Nandamuri families
The âVastunna Meekosamâ padayatra, undertaken by Telugu Desam president N. Chandrababu Naidu, brought the Nara and Nandamuri families together again, with son Lokesh, brother-in-law and Rajya Sabha MP N. Harikrishna and wife, Ms Bhuvaneshwari, accompanying him on it. Harikrishna, who had been sulking for a long time, took centrestage when the padayatra was launched from the Sugooru Hanuman temple at Hindupur.
âThe Nara and Nandamuri families are one in Telugu Desam,â says P. Keshav, TD MLA from Anantapur district. âThe YSRC is questioning Naiduâs padayatra. But why did YSR undertake one? Did he have a problem at home with his son?â he asks. Harikrishna and Jr NTR had been keeping away from Naidu following differences regarding his successor and other issues. Differences reached a flashpoint recently when TD Vijayawada President Vallabhneni Vamsi publicly hugged YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy.
