In a deliberate attempt to embarrass the government during the biggest international meet it is ever hosting, the Telangana Joint Action Committee said it is determined to go ahead with its ‘Chalo Hydera-bad’ march on September 30.

The first-ever UN Conference of the Parties (COP-11) Convention on Biological Diversity will be held in Hyderabad from October 1 to 19, when delegates from more than 180 countries will troop into the city.

The city police and infrastructure will be stretched after the Ganesh Nimajjanam ceremony on September 29, and the end of the 10-day festival.
