2G: CBI files 3rd chargesheet, names Ruias and Khaitans
The Central Bureau of Investigation on Monday filed the second supplementary chargesheet in the 2G spectrum case in a special court in New Delhi.
Reports are claiming sleuths have named five top corporate firms in the new chargesheet.
According to reports, the CBI has named five top corporates and two companies in the new chargesheet.
Among those named are Ravi Ruia, vice-chairman of Essar Group, Anshuman Ruia, director of Essar Group. I.P. Khaitan and Kiran Khaitan, promoters of Loop telecom, Vikas Saraf, CEO, Essar Telecommunication have also been named.
The new batch of names have been accused of conspiracy, forgery and cheating.
