Anti-Telangana: Jana Reddy asks APNGOs to end stir
Hyderabad: State ministers belonging to the Telangana region, led by panchayati raj minister K. Jana Reddy, appealed to striking APNGOs to immediately call off their stir and cooperate in the smooth transformation of the bifurcation of the state.
The ministers addressed the media to request the APNGOs to call off the strike and assured their full cooperation in resolving their genuine concerns in the event of the division of the state.
“Nothing will happen to employees’ interests in the common capital, their service matters will not be affected on account of the division of the state. Not only employees, but the general public’s interests will not in anyway be affected,” Jana Reddy said.
The minister also said security is assured for all those living in Hyderabad and Telangana and all the Seemandhraites will be protected and all their concerns will be attended to. He also appealed to both TNGOs and APNGOs to come to one platform and discuss their problems, which can be easily sorted out.
The ministers said the decision to carve out Telangana state should be respected as the demand and desire has been there for decades.
“Any contentious issue can be resolved through talks and consultations, one need not panic. We invite all the industrialists to come forward to establish industries in Telangana,” Janareddy added.
