Body found near mall in Mumbai

The police has started investigating a case of a dead body, which was found near a mall in Goregaon late on Friday.
According to the Goregaon (east) police, a garbage van broke down near Hub Mall in Goregaon, and was being repaired at around 9.30 pm on Friday. After the repair was done, the driver was about to leave the spot, when he saw a metal box covered with a cloth at the side of the road. The box was placed among some stones at the construction site of a new bridge near the mall. Curious about the box, the driver went over to investigate and tried to open the lid, which was locked. “The driver was shocked when a hand sprang out of the box as soon as he opened it. Scared out of his wits, he left the van at the spot and fled the scene,” said the police.
