Boy dies of suffocation inside car

In a tragic incident, a five-year-old boy died apparently due to suffocation after his parents went to a wedding party locking him inside their car, police said on Friday.

According to police, Akhlak and his wife went to attend a family wedding and parked their Honda City car outside the marriage hall last evening in Loni town.

5-year-old Adnan was left locked inside the car for hours after his parents forgot about him, they said.

When the child's parents rushed to the car, they found the lifeless body of the child at the back seat.

The body of the child has been sent for postmortem, they said.
