Butt wife delivers son

Salman Butt’s wife, Gul on Tuesday gave birth to baby boy in Lahore, on a day when the former Pakistan skipper was found guilty of spot-fixing by a London court.
Butt’s father, Zulfiqar Butt confirmed that his daughter-in-law had given birth to a second son on Tuesday.
“It is a mixed day for us. We are sad and shocked (at the verdict handed out to Butt), but we are also happy at the birth of the son,” Mr Zulfiqar But said.
Butt and pacer Mohammad Asif were on Tuesday found guilty in the spot-fixing scam by a jury at the Southwark Crown Court here. The 12-man jury found Butt, 27, guilty of conspiracy to accept corrupt payments and conspiracy to cheat.
