Mr Cameron, who arrived in Mumbai on Monday, on his second visit to India in three years, said his country will introduce a same-day visa service for businessmen. “We have the biggest visa operation right here in India. We are going to introduce for businesses a same-day visa service to those who want to come to our country and invest,” he told business leaders while speaking at the iconic Taj Mahal Hotel here. He was accompanied by over 100 top British businessmen to India.
On Tuesday he will hold talks in New Delhi with Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on a range of issues, where the Indian side is likely to raise alleged kickbacks in the AgustaWestland VVIP helicopter deal.
