CBI TO FILE DA CASE AGAINST NAIDU

The CBI is set to register a case against former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his associates following allegations of amassing assets more than their known sources of income.

The case sources said, is likely to be registered by Tuesday.
According to sources the agency has decided to probe the allegations against Mr Naidu and others following the recent direction of the Andhra Pradesh high court. The case is likely to be register by the Hyderabad unit of the CBI, sources added.
The AP high court recently directed the CBI and the Enforcement Directorate (ED) to investigate the allegations levelled against the former CM and submit a report within three months in a sealed cover.
