CBI to quiz Ruia today

The CBI is all set to question Essar Group CEO Prashant Ruia again in connection with its probe related to the 2G spectrum scam on Thursday.
According to sources Mr Ruia, who was supposed to appear before the CBI for questioning on Wednesday, sought more time from the agency on personal grounds.

Now, he is likely to appear before the agency on Thursday. “The agency officials are preparing to question Mr Ruia about the alleged links of Essar with Loop Telecom, which got Unified Access Service (UAS) licences for 21 circles in January 2008,” sources said.
