Chandrababu Naidu asks party men to be quiet

Hyderabad: Telugu Desam president N. Chandrababu Naidu seems to have instructed the party leaders on Tuesday not to react to the reports on bifurcation of the state.
He said the Congress was trying to confuse people by making giving “false leaks” on the issue. When party leaders including senior legislators called on Mr Naidu on Tuesday morning and sought his response and advice on how the party should react, Mr Naidu seems to have advised them not to believe the statements of Congress leaders on the issue and the media reports that were meant to confuse the people.
“Let us wait and watch. Why should we rush to media on every report and statement? Let them decide something concrete and then we will react,” Mr Naidu said.
At the same time he advised them to work out on pros and cons of various proposals and try to ascertain the response from people of the respective constituencies.
