Clerk held in MP, papers of assets `20cr recovered
Sleuths of the Madhya Pradesh economic offences wing on Sunday raided the residence and farm house of Raman Dhuldhuye, a clerk posted at the road transport office (RTO) in Indore, and seized cash, jewellery and documents indicating ownership of assets worth over `20 crores.
According to an EOW source, Mr Dhuldhuye owns a farmhouse built on a 49 acre land near Indore, a number of plots and expensive 4-wheelers. The total value of the assets seized, which include one kg of gold and four kg of silver, would be much more than the preliminary assessment, he pointed out adding the EOW wing of the police will be searching the RTO clerk’s bank lockers on Monday.

Time-bomb found in Taj city, defused
Agra, Dec. 18: A time-bomb was found in a roadside eatery on the outskirts of Agra, prompting authorities to sound an alert in the entire Taj city.
The bomb with a battery and circuit attached and kept in a bag was found under a table by a waiter at around 10 pm on Saturday, the police said.
Two youngsters had come to eat at around 9.30 pm and left leaving the bag, said the staff of the eatery located in Teri Bagh area on Hathras road.
The bomb was taken in a sand-filled tractor trolley to Kalindi Vihar forest area where it was defused, the police said. A team of the National Security Agency from Delhi had reached Agra to assist in the investigations. — PTI
