Cops prevent communal row
It would have been one more Gopalgarh in Rajasthan if the plan designed to incite communal violence had succeeded, but timely action by the police in Bhilwara averted a possible communal violence in the textile city of Bhilwara.
The police has arrested four persons, who falsely posed as stabbed by the majority community while in reality the wound was result of blade cut. According to the police, a drug addict, Rahman, was paid to cause wounds on his body and reach at a gathering in a bid to incite communal passion.
The police has arrested Rahman, local municipal councillor Imran and Khalid for hatching a conspiracy to incite violence between the two communities. The police also booked one Shahzad in Bhilwara for forging an incident of armed attack on him by Hindu mob in Malikheda locality of Bhilwara. The arrested person, Rahman, has admitted that he was paid stabbing himself and was asked to reach a gathering on Friday, claiming that he was stabbed by a violent mob.
