Lucknow: A five-year-old girl was raped and murdered by an unidentified person in the early hours of Tuesday. Her body was found the following morning by morning walkers, with dogs sniffing around it. The police immediately threw up the theory that the girl had been attacked and bitten to death by the stray dogs.
The cops claimed that the girl had come out of her house to relieve herself when she was attacked by dogs. The post mortem report however, debunks the policy theory. It states that the girl had been sexually abused and stabbed brutally multiple times.
About 60 wounds, eight of them deep, were found on victim’s body. Her private parts were found totally ruptured and lacerated. A doctor who was part of the panel that conducted autopsy, said “Such a murder can be committed only by a drug addict or psychopath.”

The girl’s family shifted to Broadway to end the ‘courtship’. However, on the said date, Mani had allegedly taken the class 11 student forcibly to Ariyalaur and raped her.
The case was tried in a city mahila court. The case took a dramatic turn after a submission was made in the mahila court here recently that two were married on February 2, 2012, and even got a girl child.

Warden pricks girls with needles
Hyderabad: Two Class III students, staying in the Government Social Welfare Girls’ Hostel in Shamshabad, were allegedly beaten up and pricked with needles by the warden and the attender. They were reportedly being punished for being “naughty” and for “not paying attention.”
The victims have been identified as Siri and Mounika. Noor Jahan, the warden, had allegedly got the needles from the medical camp that was set up next to the hostel. According to Achyutha Rao, the president of AP Balala Hakkula Sangham, Laxmi, the attender, would often beat up the girls for being naughty and for not paying attention.
A few days ago, she took the girls to Noor Jahan and complained against them. The warden too beat up the girls. Noor Jahan and Laxmi then pricked the girls with needles. “We have lodged a complaint with the MRO, CWC and the DEO and the police,” Rao said.

BBMP driver rapes minor
Bengaluru: A BBMP employee was arrested not just on charges of rape, but also for repeatedly sexually assaulting a minor over six months and getting her pregnant. The victim and her mother, unable to bear the ignominy, drank poison, but fortunately survived to file a police complaint.
The Kengeri police arrested the accused, a BBMP garbage truck driver, for raping his 13-year-old neighbour, a class VII student at the Kengeri Government Primary School. The police identified the accused as Nagendra (23), a resident of TMC Quarters at Mankalamma Layout on Mysore Road in Kengeri. He is a native of Pavagada near Tumkur.
The victim's mother works as a sweeper in Kengeri Satellite Town's BBMP office, while her father is a daily wage labourer. The victim has a younger sister.
Around 4 pm on June 28, the victim fell unconscious after complaining of giddiness. Her mother immediately took her to a nearby hospital, where the doctor declared that the girl was pregnant, the police said.
The shocked mother brought her daughter home and confronted her, after which the girl told her mother that she had a physical relationship with their neighbour Nagendra. The girl said that he made her believe he was in love with her and started meeting her regularly when no one was at home. After a while, their relationship turned physical resulting in her pregnancy.
The mother, convinced that the family would never be able to live down the ignominy, attempted suicide along with her daughter by consuming poison at their residence the same evening. The victim's uncle, who came home a few minutes later, rushed them to Victoria Hospital where they were treated as inpatients.
After recovering completely and getting discharged on July 7, the victim mustered enough courage to file a complaint against Nagendra. Acting swiftly, the police detained Nagendra and subjected him and the minor to medical tests.
