Delhi blast: Human traffickers helped bombers?
Intelligence agencies probing bomb blast outside Delhi high court have zeroed in on three suspects involved in human trafficking in Delhi.
These traffickers are being probed for their role in providing logistical support to the bombers, which includes ensuring their safe exit from the spot immediately after the blast.
According to sources, officials of the central agencies are reportedly collecting call details of the human traffickers to ascertain the identity of those whom they contacted recently.
Sources further said security agencies are also scrutinising the call details of mobile phone towers located around the high court area. Besides call details of at least six mobile phone towers of ‘Sarai Julena’ and Govindpuri areas of South Delhi are also being scrutinised, sources added.
“Attackers were well acquainted with the area as they managed to flee immediately after the blast,” sources said.
While referring to the ‘'Karachi Project'’ disclosed by David Headley, sources said there have been consistent attempts by Pakistan-based terror outfits to project an indigenous version of Indian terrorists behind terror incidents within the country.
