Delhi liquor law: Death for death

If anybody dies after consuming spurious liquor then the person who supplied the adulterated alcohol may even be punished with death.
The Delhi government on Tuesday brought in force the new Excise Act by issuing a notification which provides for the death penalty/life imprisonment for those found guilty of supplying the spurious liquor that led to death.
