Depressed Nadia's brother shifted to hospital

Konrad Torrado, brother of deceased Nadia Torrado, had to be shifted to state-run Institute of Psychiatric and Human (IPHB) after he went into depression. Family sources confirmed that Konrad has been shifted to the hospital after he went into utter depression a couple of days back. Nadia had consumed poison on May 15 and subsequently had died after a fortnight. Former tourism minister Fransisco Mickey Pacheco, Nadia's close friend, has been arrested by Crime Branch. Her mother, Sonia is also arrested for destroying evidence, culpable homicide and abetting suicide. Konrad was earlier quizzed by Crime Branch in connection with Nadia's death. Konrad, an MBA gold medalist student went into depression after arrest of his mother on July 17. "He is on anti-depressant pills as his condition worsened on Saturday," IPHB doctors told PTI on Sunday. Family sources stated that Konrad had developed suicidal tendency after his mother was arrested and hence was immediately referred to psychiatric treatment.
