An allegedly drunk young woman who fled after the Honda Accord she was driving knocked down and killed a six-year-old boy and his older cousin Tuesday night has been arrested.

Amanat Brar, 19, arrested by the Chandigarh police and charged with rash and negligent driving and causing death due to negligence, was later granted bail.
Eyewitnesses claimed she was racing with other youngsters in a Maruti Swift when the Accord hit a motorcycle, fatally injuring Harpreet, 6, riding pillion, and Sukhwinder, 21.
