Enrica to submit Rs 3 cr bank guarantee

The owners of the Italian vessel Enrica Lexie will submit a bank guarantee of Rs 3 core before the registrar of Kerala High Court as per the apex court’s directive for order to get release of the vessel off the Kochi waters.

According to counsel of the vessel, Mr T.J. Mathews, they will furnish the details on Friday soon after receiving the apex court order.

The apex court on Wednesday imposed stringent conditions while asking the owners to move the High Court seeking release of the vessel.
