Geetika Sharma's mother commits suicide

New Delhi: In a major twist in the Geetika Sharma suicide case, the former airhostess’s mother Aruradha Sharma hanged herself at her Ashok Vihar residence in North West Delhi on Friday.
According to television reports, no suicide note has been found yet.
Twenty-three-year-old Geetika, an air hostess with MDLR Airlines, was found dead on August 5 last year at her Ashok Vihar residence. In one of her suicide note, she had alleged former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda and his colleague and co-accused in the case, Aruna Chaddha , of harassing her.
Geetika’s family had earlier alleged harassment by Gopal Kanda, who is still languishing in jail in connection with this case.
